Trail Overview

This narrow dirt and gravel trail begins off White Mountain Road and travels through the surrounding hills. Expect 6–8-inch ruts and rocks, with sections reaching 8–10° off-camber. Several campsites are located along the route, including shaded sites for one to four vehicles and a large, level campsite accommodating up to 12 vehicles with 360-degree views. The final stretch is the most challenging, with a steep hill climb over rocks 6–10 inches in diameter. 4WD or AWD is required to reach the end.

Difficulty

This trail is rated Level 4 because of the steep final climb, 6–10 inch rocks, 6–8 inch ruts and obstacles, and 8–10° off-camber sections. The majority of the route is closer to Level 3, with the final hill climb increasing the overall difficulty to Level 4.
