Trail Overview

This is a fun drive up through the mountains that will require 4x4 high clearance. However, it does not require lockers. Bring a lunch and enjoy the backcountry, with some great views of valleys and mountains.

Found this trail by accident yesterday (didn’t have on x until today). Generally smooth gravel with some small patches of washboard. Only saw two vehicles

Trail was slightly muddy with two passable wash outs at 4 and 4.5 miles in. Nasty snow bank at about 6.5 miles in; turned around and got stuck in a previous snow bank I was able to traverse. Super fun until it wasn’t! Will be returning when the snow melts to explore the rest.

Heavy snow about 5 miles in. Ended up turning around and going to North Battle Creek Reservoir.
