Trail Overview

This is a fun, twisty, two-track connector that delivers stunning regional views as it traverses a high-elevation ridge. The surface is primarily smooth Decomposed Granite and dirt. The route moves through areas impacted by fire but still surrounded by pines. The key challenge lies in several exposed sections along the ridge edge.

Difficulty

This trail is easy, but the rating is due to the need for careful speed and wheel placement in the off-camber, exposed sections to maintain stability.

Downed Tree

Beautiful trail. Has a few downed trees right now. Most are smaller but one would need a 20" bar to make easy work of it. Some standing dead trees from a previous wildfire make for frequent obstructions. Despite the burned trees many mature ones remain and shade is not hard to come by.
