This challenging dirt and gravel trail travels around and over the surrounding hills with constantly changing mountain views. Expect frequent rock gardens, long steep hill climbs, and 2-foot whoops around 0.4 miles. Major climbs begin around 1.1 miles, including a roughly 100-yard incline, followed by another long hillside climb at 1.7 miles. Around 4 miles, the terrain becomes significantly rockier with 16–18 inch boulders, ledges, and ruts. Expect sections reaching 10–12° off-camber. This route can be traveled either direction, but the mapped direction is highly recommended, as traveling the opposite way is significantly more difficult. Access also requires completing the Level 4 entrance obstacle on FS 9S104, which includes a steep climb and a 16-inch rock ledge.
