Trail Overview
This narrow, fine-dirt trail is a one-way-in, one-way-out route that leads to a spring. There is little room for vehicles to pass, with ruts remaining around 4–6 inches deep throughout. The fine-dirt surface can become considerably more difficult when wet. Camping is plentiful, with more than six level, shaded campsites along the route, many accommodating up to six vehicles. The route travels through a scenic, densely forested area and finishes near the spring at a large, level campsite with plenty of shade and room for up to 10 vehicles.
Difficulty
This trail is rated Level 2 because of the narrow terrain and consistent 4–6 inch ruts. There are no significant technical obstacles, making it a relatively easy and scenic forest route under dry conditions.
