Trail is open the entire length of Elliot Ranch Road. Puddles still in the road, but didn’t require 4wd to get through them.

When coming from Foresthill Rd, OnX has you take a right about a mile up the trail. I’d suggest going straight instead. Taking a right leads to a narrow somewhat rocky side trail the eventually meets up with the standard trail.
