Trail Overview

This is an easy fire road in dry weather and a fun mud run in wet weather. The road doubles as the southern entrance to Knoxville, OHV, and Berryessa Snow Mountain National Monument. It then splits into access for Adams Ridge, Cement Creek, and Hunting Creek trails. While not very challenging, it does have some great views of the surrounding mountains.

Difficulty

Mostly easy dirt road with many mud holes along the way. One mud hole was unavoidable and I would recommend a vehicle with decent clearance to get through it.

Good trail. Good for beginners. But DO NOT TAKE Knoxville road. Has a million potholes. These potholes took out my brake caliper bolts. It’s also like 8 miles of potholes. Some would say it’s worse than the actual trail

A rough paved road and potholes headed toward the Southern Entrance. Trail itself was fun, nothing too crazy. Good for a beginner (like me) to get their feet wet.

Mostly dry and rocky. Couple of minor mud areas. Multiple offshoots and exploring. Most areas single vehicle only. Only saw 2 other people while in main trails. 3-4/10. Do need stock 4x4 at least(recommended)
