Difficult. A series of challenging boulder fields, very narrow in places. One section, immediately after Red Lake, is borderline extreme with giant tree roots mixed with boulders. For modified vehicles only. Differential lockers recommended.

Very beautiful lakes dusty and 2 ruff spots at gate keeper and the roots not much off camber all flat obstacles for most part and lots of rock gardens

Navigated trail with 5th gen 4Runner full skids , lockers and 33’s and a JKUR on 35’s built. Some challenging rock gardens and trees. Went as far as Red Lake and did not attempt gatekeeper to coyote. Great weekend

DUSTY. Great trail. 4 miles of which about 3 are on rocks. super nice lakes. doo not follow directions for on x. they take you too far up 168. follow sign for red mountain trail just before Tamarack lodge
