China Lake Border Run

A challenging trail that leads to the china lake military base fence. The trail features sandy sections, a loose rocky hill, and many sharp rocks that could puncture a sidewall. There are a few dispersed camp spots along the way and amazing views of the valley below. A nice romp up the hill to get view 2 bars LTE Verizon service. Be aware of desert conditions when traveling as It can get very hot, very windy, and incredibly muddy when wet. Watch for snakes.
