Trail Overview

This short, well-maintained trail leads to a fishing access point on Lake Davis and offers a pleasant little walk down to the water. At the end, you’ll find a large parking area with pathways leading to the lake, offering convenient access for anglers and visitors looking to spend time by the water. The fishing access area sits slightly above the lake, so keep the elevation in mind if you’re carrying a human-powered watercraft, such as a kayak or canoe, as getting it down to the water may take a little extra effort. Although the route is short, it’s a useful stop if you’re exploring the area and want a straightforward way to access Lake Davis. ATVs, UTVs, Side-by-Sides, and Dirt Bikes must always have a valid California ATV Operating Permit sticker.
