Trail Overview

This is an in-and-out trail. Starting this trail is not bad at all. On a rainy day, the trail is super muddy and slick. Lots of ruts from previous vehicles driving on it. Towards the end of the trail, it gets a lot rougher. Steep decline, rocky, rock ledge, narrow trail, all of it. There is a clear road that keeps going, but MVUM shows this trail as ending short. Some nice camp spots along the way.

Difficulty

The first part of this trail is pretty mild but gets a little more technical towards the end. Once you get to the narrow part of the trail, you start seeing larger rock/boulders and larger ledges to go off of. There is a bypass for one of the sections, but even the bypass is a little technical with a 2- to 3-foot ledge and large rocks while going downhill, so not a lot of stopping power on these loose rocks.
