H3

H3 is a short, 2- or 3-Diamond, two-way connector trail located on the 400-Side of Hot Springs Off-Road Park. It features a steep grade with small loose rock, requiring careful traction management—especially when climbing or descending. This trail's difficulty rating can change seasonally due to washouts. This trail connects H2 to H7, making it a valuable link for navigating the central portion of the Park’s upper trail network. A Park Day-Use Trail Pass is required to access this system of trails. Cell service is spotty in places, and trail conditions can change quickly, particularly after rain or during winter months when loose rock becomes slick.
