Trail Overview

This trail will guide you through historic ranch land. As you descend into a small canyon near the end, you'll spot an abandoned Buddhist cabin on your left. This trail dips into a wash for about a quarter mile. Riders need to closely follow the trail maps, as there's a part where the trail exits the wash briefly before dropping back in. This detour avoids a significant step that could potentially damage your vehicle.

Difficulty

Part of this trail is in a wash that has loose sand and gravel. Depending on the recent weather, you may encounter moving or standing water, as well as trenches. There are also many off camber areas and large ruts to contend with, picking a good line will be beneficial. The estimated completion time and difficulty level vary based on the type of vehicle driven and your riding ability. Remember to carry plenty of water, don't travel alone and let someone know where you are going.
