Trail Overview
The length of this trail is just over 3 miles and starts at the junction of Cub Tank Trail. The first part of this trail is the smoothest as this trail is going to get. As you start to drop in elevation, the trail will be a constant rocky road with large rock gardens around every turn and accompanied by loose rocks. The final 200 yards of this trail will become extremely rough with larger rocks to navigate over. This final section also becomes much more narrow with a tight rocky switchback. The trail ends at a dry creek crossing with large river rocks littered everywhere on the trail. This trail continues through and out of the wash but is extremely overgrown with vegetation. There is a place to turn around in this dry creek bed but it is extremely rocky. Full-width and high-clearance 4x4s should not descend the final way to the creek crossing. The trail is extremely narrow. You will definitely want to get off/out of your rig and stretch yourself out after getting tossed around on this trail.
