Trail Overview
This is a fun single track through the Laguna Hills that takes you to a picnic table with a scenic view of the surrounding mountains. From the west end, the trail drops down from a road on the ridge, continues as a narrow trail that side-hills along the mountainside through a barren desert terrain. It comes up to the picnic table after a tenth of a mile, situated in the saddle between two hilltops. It’s a fun spot to take a break from your ride or a perfect lunch spot. The trail continues with a mix of side-hilling with exposure and riding on the spine. It crosses a narrow bridge over a rocky ravine. The rest of the trail is pretty easy and flowy on the spine, with a couple of short climbs up and down. Watch out for big divots and washouts throughout the trail.
Difficulty
This is an easy trail with minor rocky sections, climbing sections, and potential for washouts. It’s ideal for riders with a basic experience level.
