Trail Overview

Medium enduro trail that takes you up a narrow canyon to the top of the mesa. Need to have some decent intermediate or better skills to complete this trail. It is a bit rough and tumble, but not hard enduro level. Starts from the main wash trail M2047a (Marshmallow Canyon), as a level wash, and quickly becomes very rocky and difficult. The difficulty level is pretty even throughout, not getting much harder. At the terminus, there's a small bit of side hill action, with loose rocks and soil. Once on top of the mesa, you can continue up higher for some epic views. The only way back down is the way that you came up. I explored pretty much every part of the nearby mesas and couldn't find any other way to return to the valley floor.

This is a pretty rough trail and I did eventually find a way to continue along from the top rather than going back down the way I came. However, it is a pretty sketchy section that is a bit beyond intermediate, if you choose to take the trail down to the left. Otherwise, it's as advertised
