Trail Overview

The Monastery Fenceline Trail follows a narrow path alongside a fenceline, offering a unique and scenic route. Expect multiple wash crossings that can change conditions after weather events. The trail consists of packed dirt with sections of erosion and tight turns that require careful maneuvering. With no cell service in the area, be sure to download offline maps before heading out.

Difficulty

This trail is unmaintained, and narrow, with tight turns, and numerous wash crossings. Some of these wash crossings have the potential to be hazardous in adverse weather conditions, especially after a monsoon or moisture event.
