Trail Overview

This fun trail through the woods twists, turns, climbs, and falls. It features some nice remote sections of the forest. There are deep ruts, rocky boulder obstacles, and some loose hill climbs and descents. There are the remains of an old wooden structure, but they have mostly collapsed at the time of recording. There are a few nice flat dispersed camping spots near the north end. 1bar LTE fades to none by the end of the trail. No winter maintenance; it may be impassable when muddy.

Some rocky areas and off camber spots. Ruts. I have driven this dozens of times. If it’s dry, it’s fine. During the wet weather and snow, it can get hairy.

Going up is fine a few downed trees. We had to cut our camping trip short because a brush fire was getting out of control. Coming down the mountain there was little to no visibility.

Very dry trail. Plenty of rock gardens, a few off camber spots, one loose climb and a few technical descents. 4Runner did great. Would be tight for a full size rig to maneuver around some trees without getting pinstriped. Good trail overall though.
