Trail Overview
Trail 6913 begins off East Yucca Farm Road, with a comfortable campsite located near the entrance. Initially, the route follows a well-maintained path along the fence line, providing a relatively smooth drive. Numerous gates along the way require frequent stops, adding to the sense of adventure. As the trail ascends from the valley floor to the hilltops, the landscape transitions from mesquite-filled valleys to open, wind-swept grasslands. Upon reaching a large dam, the road conditions change dramatically. From this point on, the trail is no longer maintained, becoming increasingly narrow, winding, and off-camber as it climbs into the hills. Rocky terrain and steep sections make this portion of the route more technical, requiring careful navigation and a capable off-road vehicle. The trail lacks amenities such as trash disposal and drinking water supply, and there is limited cell service.
