Trail Overview
This gentle, meandering road is relatively easy, with no obstacles on it other than some sporadic rocky sections and mud ruts that could prove challenging after a rain or snow storm. Driven in Spring or Summer, the chalky, dry dirt might coat the insides of your vehicle, and make a cleanup necessary when back at camp. While the road is short and sweet, it shows the beautiful way the juniper forest flirts with sage and undergrowth of the high Coconino Plateau.
