Cohenour Loop

Quick easy loop. It was just regraded by the park service.

We did the loop counter-clockwise. The first half was fairly trivial, the second half was rockier with some sections requiring close attention. The one thing to look out for was at about 2,450 feet elevation the road appears to go straight but actually turns right. The straight track became impassable and difficult to turn around- don’t make that mistake.

Easy, basically anything with decent clearance will be fine, 4WD not needed

Nice easy trail. Great way to spend the afternoon with some beautiful overlook views.
