This mid-width desert trail, ideal for 50" vehicles, starts in the Boulders OHV Area and goes into BLM and Arizona State Trust Land for 2.7 miles. It's a typically fast and flowy ATV trail, with whoops and sweeping banked corners through the saguaro cactus fields. It has no significant obstacles, but it has big dips, some sharper corners, and 1-foot-deep ruts. It's mostly over loose dirt with small loose rocks, making the route somewhat slippery at times. T here are a couple of spots of embedded flat rock within the dirt. The route is square as you make a right-hand turn going west, cross a paved road, then make another 90-degree turn to the right along a fence line. T ere are some unmarked trail splits, as it ducks off a main road at times. Most of the trail is easy, but some steeper hilly spots make it slightly more complicated. I sometimes narrow between the bushes and don't get too close to the cholla cactus lining the trail. Nice this trail is partially on Arizona State Trust Land, it requires the recreation permit you can obtain online.
