Sandy Lake Road to Golden Lake

Sandy Lake Road is an old rocky dirt road that leads to a few lakes and to Crown Land where Golden Lake is situated. Two trails take you to Golden Lake. The first trail takes you to one end of the lake, but it is not on crown land, and this marked trail is on crown land. When going down Sandy Lake Road, you will come to an old gate that is always open, and then you will come to a private Cabin that is locked. You can go down to the cabin and check out the brook that runs beside it, just be respectful. When you come to the part of the trail that takes you to the lake 3 other trails intersect with it, these trails take you out of crown land and to gates that are locked, a golf course and there is also a cub scouts camp down the tail that is a nice gravel Rd but again it goes to a gate.
