Trail Overview

Continuing east of the South Fork FSR, there are many spur roads. This unnamed spur road takes you up to some amazing views, even when snow makes other roads inaccessible. As of March 2024, the road is dry but rutted due to snow melt. Being on the south side of the mountain and open due to some logging, there is no snow. It's another great spot to camp and enjoy the amazing views.

Difficulty

The 2 rating is based mostly on the fact that in the early spring, there can be plenty of mud and ruts due to the snow melting. Please call out your kilometer on RR-30; safety first!
