Trail Overview

This route is a mainline active logging road off of Highway 1. The road is in good shape due to active logging and other forestry operations. It follows the Perry River and leads to incredible mountain and glacier views. Lush green valley bottom and lower slope vegetation provide perfect bear habitat. There is no cell service, and there are no formal campsites along the route.

Stunning road between the mountains! Trail was in very good condition even after all the rain we've had for the last week, and there are some incredible views to see along the way. Aftermarket light pods were incredibly helpful on this road after dark. Lots of blind corners so caution is a good idea for sure at night. Plenty of wildlife on the road.
