Check Your Head

Check Your Head is a fun, slower-speed tech trail that branches between beginners going into intermediate. The trail starts right away with having to duck your head and body under a low-hanging tree while on the edge of the river. Sure is beautiful, but it can be nerve-racking for some. After that, you move away from the river's edge and start meandering through the forest. It is relatively slow and techy. The tech is a few embedded rock sections, a few root sections, and some baby head loose rocks. In the winter, it can be covered with water puddles all over.
