Bailout

Bailout is a deceiving name for another gnarly and technical trail. It can be a very different experience depending on the direction. Riding it West to East is downhill primarily, and riding East to West makes for a hard and technical climb. Going downhill, you can somewhat slowly just pick a line and ride through and drop off the root ledges, but going uphill is where the fun is on this one. Considered a bailout, but can be connected to the even gnarlier and more technically challenging climbs to the viewpoint. The climb is steep, narrow, and full of loose, smaller rocks in the tightest spots. If you carry momentum through that, you are faced with ledgey roots and large rocks. A short but heavy punch of a climb.
