Trail 215 completes the 209 trail loop. This trail is difficult to climb or crawl over, with steep grades. There are a couple of tight areas and turns on the trail. There are not many obstacles to avoid on the trail, but it appears there could be issues with erosion and rutting over time.

This trail could be used as a bypass trail to some of 209 and 215 if used in conjunction with some other side spur trails. This trail has a dirt and rock surface that is maintained with some rolling elevation and good views to check out along the way.

216 is a green gravel route that can be driven in 2WD until you get almost to the end. There is a wetland in the area, and it covers the road during periods of rain. Be cautious of this area when crossing to not disturbing the wetland area. Hang to the far left where the road is designed to cross.

This scenic view looks like you are driving through the jungle when the terrain is heavily covered with local kudzu (Pueraria Montana) vines. The dirt and rock trail goes up alongside a rolling hill where all the trees and rock are covered in a thick vine to make the scenery.

This is a short trail and can be used as a shortcut, but it should be noted that there are several ledges and rough terrain to cross on this trail. We will connect to trails 211 and 212, where there is some good foliage scenery to explore off this trail.

Trail 209 runs off the main trailhead 203 and is a main source trail to several other side spurs and trails on the north side of the park. This trail has some really wide and maintained areas and some other areas where you will find ledges, ruts, and muddy areas.

This trail was recently logged and is pretty plain. Expect lots of grasses and low shrubbery. There is a great overlook about 1/2 way through the trail. This is a great place to stop and take a picture. This trail is an out and back for the time being. The park has work to do to complete this trail.

This is an access trail from 203 to 205. When you get to the bottom, you can turn left and continue down to the beginning of 205, or turn right and continue on trail 205. This is a single-width track that is moderately steep with a few rocky sections. Be mindful if it is wet and muddy.

Trail 12 comes off of Trail 22 and 11. This trail follows along the ridge. It includes inclines, large mud holes, as well as some low-hanging branches. As you descend the trail and hill, there are nice views of a large valley. This section also contains large rocks and may require a 4x4 to climb.

On trail 105, you will find a narrow trail with rock and dirt surfaces. There are a few steeper grades and some ledges. Some ruts can be 12-18 inches deep, and the surfaces that are eroding are sandy and will be looser material to traverse while on this trail.
