Description
This trail follows along the east side of the lake, specifically along the top of the East Bluff Ridge. There are great views of Devil's Lake and the rocky bluffs. This trail continues on eastward along the East Bluff basin jointly as the Ice Age Trail after intersecting the Ice Age Trail on the lake's south side. The East Bluff Trail segment officially terminates at the CCC Trail. The terrain is less steep coming from a northern approach, at least compared to the Balanced Rock, Potholes, and CCC access points on the south end. The trail has paved singletrack sections, stone stairways, and gravel/dirt singletrack. Most of this trail is within thick forests.
