Montana Trail Section 7

This section began at Homestake Pass and crosses over to Pipestone Pass and then climbs steadily into the Butte Highlands before descending to cross Interstate 15 south of Butte. The trail climbs above Divide and heads east until reaching the cutoff to Wise River. This section follows the Continental Divide Trail (CDT) the entire distance.
