Exeter Scenic River Trail

The scenic 2.3-mile gravel/cinder trail is flat, wide, and well maintained. The area on either side of the trail is fairly open, but there is plenty of shade from the larger trees to escape a hot day. It runs along the north shore of the Schuylkill River with views of the water at different points. There is a small parking area at the east end of the trail off of old Gibraltar Road (20 cars). Additional parking can be found at Trout Run Sports Complex off of Neversink Road with access to roughly the midpoint of the trail.
