The unique geological formation of this trail lets you look at big sky above you. As you reach the highest elevation point, you can have the panoramic view of neighborhood Simi Valley. The main plus point is the easy access of this trail on Erringer Road.
You'll hear birds and see wild flowers (yellow). When you are hiking down the trail to go back to the entrance point, you'll face enlivening winds. It's an experience with nature (seeing geological formations), hearing birds and hiking on dirt trail.
On the entrance point at Erringer Road, you'll get down to the trailhead. On trailhead, Keep on the right. Loops-3 major loops will come. They are higher elevated in numerical order. The top point, you can have a mini Grand Canyon view. Go all the way down, until you'll reach the end of the trail, near the houses of neighborhood. Then you can climb back your way to entrance on Erringer road, where you started with trailhead. Miles- both ways it will be around 2 miles. Enjoy it.
