Power Line Nine

Although the singletrack is very fun, if you would like a less involved hike this is a great option. Park and start where the transmission lines cross Bir Road. The loop can go either way. Follow the transmission line access road heading south making your first right (west) turn at the third and final two track road. Take your next right (north) turn shortly after at the next available two track road that parallels the second set of transmission lines. Follow this until you cross Bir road again and the ravine along side the road. Continue north along the power lines crossing many other trails and roads until you hit a T intersection nearing Bishop creek. Turn right (east). Continue on until you eventually hit the next power line access road and turn right (South). This takes you back to where you parked.
