Park near the trailhead at Italian Bar Rd and Million Dollar Rd. Best to arrive early as afternoons can get hot and there is very little shade along the route. Some nice views over the river valley on the left. There is a cave on the right about 1.5 miles. A nice place to take a break and get out of the sun. Continue north 2 more miles. At times falls may cover the bridge.
