Description
The trail loops from Shackleford Ridge park through the Prentice Cooper and into the town of Signal Mountain. Halfway through you'll be rewarded with a stunning overlook of the Tennessee river at Edward's Point. If hiking clockwise, you should enjoy wonderful views of Elder Mountain and the Tennessee River as you travel towards Mushroom rock. There are many unmarked trails along the way so it can be hard to follow the correct route at sometimes.
