The park and lake is a feature of a planned hotel and conference center, with restaurants, bars and entertainment. The park surrounds a 90-acre lake with trails. Katy Mills Mall is immediately to the north. The trails are two loops which interconnect with each other. There are wooden bridges over the lake to islands, which cross over to the other side.
