True Romance Trail

True Romance Trail is typically used as a connector from Nightmare on Baldy Trail to Boreas Pass Road. True Romance Trail begins on the north side of Baldy Road 0.8 miles after the end of pavement. The trail climbs initially, then levels and contours first through a boggy section of trail, then through a wooden chicane. Pass Nightmare on Baldy Trail on the left at a post and continue on the contour to a mine tailings and Weber Gulch Road. Descend Weber Gulch Road to Sallie Barber Road, or Trail of Tears singletrack flume.
