Description
This desert trail connects Swan Falls Trail to Victory Lane and is the middle section when hiking from !Swan Falls Dam down to Celebration Point via the north bank of the Snake River. This trail has thousands of variations that meander through vast fields of melon gravel. All trails offer views of petroglyphs and small animals. The only place to get out of the sun is at Halverson Lake under some thin trees. Take lots of water. Double your usual as the trail dust and heat seem to make you more thirsty. There is an information kiosk next to the tree at the fork just south of the western endpoint of this trail.
