Fort Matanzas Overlook Trail

Short in length but close to Crescent Beach, this trail serves as the perfect topping to a day at the beach nearby. Starting from a large turnabout, the trail begins on a sturdy wooden boardwalk from which you can get a clear view of the Matanzas River and Rattlesnake Island. After enjoying the view, continue through the loop's lush greenery to end back where you started.
