Start at Eagle Crescent and take the left fork of the Bruce Trail: Blue Mountains Section. At about 350m, you'll come to some caves and ledges which you can explore a little; this is actually the upper level over top of the caves you'll be hiking later! Follow the Bruce Trail: Blue Mountains Section until you get to a sign to your left for Standing Rock and Caves Side Trail. It may be easy to miss because the trail descends down into the crevasse and it doesn't look much like a trail. The next 1km or so is a lot of scrambling over, under, around, and through rocks. It can be slippery or muddy, so be careful, but the caves keep the area cool so it's nice on a hot day. The cave network is extensive, so have a good time exploring, but follow the blue blazes to avoid getting lost.Next, you'll exit the Singhampton Cave and continue along Standing Rock and Caves Side Trail until it rejoins the Bruce Trail: Blue Mountains Section. Turn right, and proceed for about 200m before seeing signs for Singhampton Side Trail on your left. Follow it until you get back to the Bruce Trail: Blue Mountains Section, then turn right, and follow the white blazes back to where you parked.
