Fayetteville Trail

Starting from the northern end of the trail and moving south, hikers will start with a steep climb before the trail levels off into more rolling terrain for the second half of the trail. This moderate singletrack lets you create some good loops around the Fayetteville area of New River Gorge. The climb to Fayetteville from the Kaymoor Trail is a slog, but the trail is pleasant in either direction.
