Pioneer Trail

The Pioneer Trail travels from the end of Colegate Woods Drive to SR 821, ending across the street from Broughton's Wildlife Area. It's a great connector between the trails at the Marietta High School and those in Broughton's Area. It is easier to head down this trail, and more challenging to make your way back up to the start, but it is beautiful both direction. This is a trail that exemplifies classic Appalachian geography and native forest!
