The trailhead is located in the back corner of the parking lot of the Couchvile Lake Trailhead, and is easily spotted. The whole trail is shaded and very enjoyable, there are just a few stretches that will shift underfoot. The terrain is primarily wooded, with just a few meadow type areas popping up here and there.
