Description
The description for this trail is listed from the southwest junction to the northeast terminus. Starting from Junction 2, the trail climbs moderately through some timber harvest forests. The trail comes to a marsh, and turns right. Hikers go for a short distance, then the trail turns left down a steep hill. From there, the trail crosses under some powerlines and parallels the powerlines for a ways. Take care to follow the yellow and orange arrows through here. There is an un-marked trail that goes to the rear right; in a short ways from this junction, you'll take a somewhat obscure right (yellow arrow/ easy to miss). If you follow the trail straight, it'll still take you to a yellow gate on Turkey Street, it'll just be a little farther west of the actual corridor. Take care to stay on the path marked with orange arrows. The trail reaches Turkey Street, follows it right to Dixi Lane, and crosses through a small overgrown field of goldenrod. The trail climbs a little to Kraichuk Lane, runs right down the road, then re-enters the woods. The trail climbs more steeply here, then veers right into a clearcut. The trail pretty much stays in the clearcut until it comes out behind Barton Motor Sports. The trail ends here so you'll have to turn back and follow the same route.
