Trail starts on old service road in the trees. Approaching the beach section it is hard packed singletrack but clear/open on both sides to the trees. Beach section is loose sand/small pebble. Bluff section is challenging large rock and unstable smaller rocks with sections of sand/ small pebbles. Woodland section is primarily singletrack, but opens up for a while where it follows Cooper Bluff "road". Be aware that a portion of the trail is right along the park border.
