Starting under the iconic "Magic City" sign (a perfect spot for snapping a photo!), this paved urban path is a straight, level shot through downtown Birmingham. Once a railroad cut, the path had fallen into disuse and was revived from 2014-2016 into a great urban space to get out for a hike.
