Winnekenni Recreation Area

Parking is widely available at the entrance.Start the hike along the lake on very wide, dirt trails. The trails along the lake are quite popular.Soon turn up into the woods toward the castle. Meander through the woods on singletrack trails. The trails are mostly dirt with a few roots. Watch out for mountain bikers on the single tracks.As you wrap up the trail, must hike on paved shoulder of road to complete the loop.
