Trail Overview

Q17 is a short overlook spur that leads to a scenic viewpoint above the town of Diamond and the Kanawha River. This trail is all about the destination, offering one of the best views in the Quincy sector. The trail consists of an easy dirt surface with a short, direct route to the overlook. The destination provides a wide, open view of the valley below, making it an ideal spot for relaxing and taking in the scenery.

Easy (Green). Dirt trail with gentle grades. Suitable for most 4WD and high-clearance 2WD vehicles. Conditions are typically mild, though dirt sections may soften after rain. The overlook area generally remains accessible in most conditions.
