Trail Overview

Trail 98 is a half-mile route that gradually ascends from west to east, featuring consistently rocky terrain throughout. The initial section is filled with large flat rock slabs, small shelves, and bedrock outcroppings. While the shelves aren't especially tall, careful line selection is necessary as the rocky conditions persist through the first half of the route. The middle segment briefly smooths out before the trail becomes rugged again, offering a split line near the top. The final stretch is narrow, rutted, and dug out, with scattered rock. Though technical in places, the gradual grade keeps the overall difficulty moderate.
