Trail Overview

Trail 29 is designated as Most Difficult by the park, climbing up the Cooper Branch in a rocky creek bed. Riders travel directly in the stream much of the time, occasionally shifting to narrow dirt paths along the bank before crossing back through the water. The surface is full of smooth, flat river rocks, loose rock piles, and larger boulders, with slick conditions and low-hanging branches adding to the challenge. Although it lacks massive rock ledges, the trail is consistently technical and rocky. Directional from east to west, it ends at the intersection with Trails 16 and 18.

For dirt bikes I would say it’s on the just challenging enough. Nothing too bad but enough to have fun.
